Senior Lettings Negotiator (Frome)

Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our established and market leading client who urgently require a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their busy team in Frome.\n
What you will be doing:\n
\n In this key role, your duties will include the following :\n
\n

\n
• Dealing with a range of individuals including landlords, tenants as well as internal departments in person / via email
\n
• Registering applicants and properties, offering a full service including advertising, inspections, valuations, viewings, move-ins and checkouts
\n
• Marketing new properties and carrying out valuations to grow the portfolio
\n
• Processing new applicant details including referencing
\n
• Responsibility for arranging and conducting viewings
\n
• Updating the CRM system
\n

What you will need to succeed:\n
\n

\n
• A proven background in a similar role is essential
\n
• ARLA Level 3 or equivalent
\n
• Strong administration and IT skills including MS Office (word/outlook and excel)
\n
• First rate customer service and problem solving skills
\n
• Due to the nature of the role, your own transport is essential
\n

What you will receive in return :\n
\n

\n
• Salary to £34,000 DOE
\n
• Monday to Friday plus alternate Saturday mornings (time off in lieu given)
\n
• Immediate start available!
\n
