This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in recruitment, sales, customer service, or administration within a supportive and rewarding environment.\n\nWorking alongside experienced Recruitment Consultants, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying candidates for a wide range of permanent vacancies across the UK. You will receive full training, ongoing support, and the opportunity to earn uncapped commission, with realistic first-year earnings of £30,000 to £35,000.\n\nThis role would particularly suit individuals with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to build a long-term career in recruitment.\n\nThe Role:\n\nAs a Recruitment Resourcer, your responsibilities will include:\n\nSourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and our internal database.\nConducting candidate screening calls and interviews.\nBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.\nWriting and posting engaging job advertisements.\nMatching suitable candidates to live vacancies.\nManaging candidate records and ensuring CRM systems remain up to date.\nCoordinating interviews and obtaining feedback from candidates.\nSupporting Recruitment Consultants with candidate generation and vacancy fulfilment.\nProactively networking with military personnel, veterans, and civilian candidates.\nDeveloping a strong understanding of client requirements and industry sectors.\nWorking towards individual and team performance targets.\n\nCandidate Requirements:\n\nWe are keen to hear from candidates who possess:\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong telephone manner and confidence speaking with people at all levels.\nGood organisational and administrative abilities.\nA proactive and positive attitude.\nStrong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.\nThe ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.\n\nAbout First Military Recruitment:\n\nFirst Military Recruitment is an independent recruitment consultancy specialising in connecting employers with exceptional military and civilian talent.
