\n Key Responsibilities- Graduate Teaching Assistant:
\n * Support pupils in 1:1 and small group settings
\n * Assist the class teacher with planning and delivering engaging lessons
\n * Encourage pupil confidence, independence, and engagement in learning
\n * Adapt learning materials and activities to meet individual needs
\n * Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
\n * Support behaviour and learning across the classroom
\n What We're Looking for in a Graduate Teaching Assistant:
\n * A graduate with a genuine passion for working with children
\n * A degree in Psychology, Education, Health & Social Care, or a related subject is desirable
\n * Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\n * A patient, proactive, and adaptable approach
\n * Experience working with children or young people is beneficial but not essential
\n * A Graduate Teaching Assistant who is enthusiastic, resilient, and eager to learn
\n Role Details:
\n * Role: Graduate Teaching Assistant
\n * Location: Chippenham
\n * Start Date: ASAP
\n * Pay: 90- 105 per day (depending on experience)
\n Hours: Full-time, 8:30am- 3:30pm
