Fabric Technician - Reading

Are you a skilled and versatile Fabric Technician with experience in plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance? My client is a large facilities maintenance company, they are currently seeking a fabric technician to join a team on a static site around the Reading area.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Fabric Technician, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services. Your role will include, but is not limited to:

• Plumbing repairs and installations
\n
• Carpentry work
\n
• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
\n
• General maintenance and repairs as required
\n
• Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
\n
• Responding to reactive maintenance requests in a timely manner
\n

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance
\n
• Relevant trade qualifications
\n
• Strong problem-solving skills
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\n
• Excellent communication skills
\n
• Customer-focused approach
\n
