Freelance Construction Manager – Bristol - Long term Freelance Contract * Bristol * Start Date: 27th July * Project Value: £10M * Sector: Commercial Office Refurbishment & Fit Out * Client: Leading Office Fit-Out Specialist We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join a major commercial office refurbishment and fit-out project in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established fit-out contractor delivering a high-quality £10m commercial office scheme. The successful candidate will take a leading role in managing site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest standards. Requirements * Proven experience as a Construction Manager on commercial office fit-out or refurbishment projects. * Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site management. * SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates essential. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to manage fast-paced projects and multiple subcontractor packages.
